We enjoyed staying in this hotel! Whole place was clean with delightful views; favourable location in the center of Alam Sutera business district. - the room was functional, new-fashioned and had super fast internet, a lounge and it's own balcony. - We had both a good bed and a spacious bathroom. - the breakfast was rich, the check-in was very quick.

The equipment of the rooms and the hotel was very good. . The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. . Dinner at the hotel is OK! Within walking distance there is a bazaar right in front of the hotel with many restaurants that are highly recommended. . I will definitely come back when I get to Jakarta.

I had a fantastic stay at Mercure! The staff were incredibly polite, courteous, and friendly throughout my entire visit. They truly made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. The dining facilities were also top-notch, especially the BBQ night. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

The room we stayed in was super clean and really quiet. 🎂 They even surprised us with a birthday cake! Also, there was a good table that I could use to get some work done when needed. the service we received was top-notch!
